  • All non-custodial wallets that provide a blockchain address and are compatible with either the metamask or walletconnect standard can be used. This includes most hardware wallets and almost all software wallets on both desktop and mobile devices.

    If you have a wallet that is not compatible, remember the old adage in the blockchain world: 'not your keys, not your crypto'.

  • Yes, any wallet that is compatible with Metamask or the Wallet Connect Standard can be used. The Safe Wallet can be easily added to Nupont through the Wallet Connect standard. Look for "Wallet Connect" in the Safe Dashboard. This can be done on both desktop and mobile. If you need help connecting your Safe Wallet, please contact our technical support.

  • All customer data is currently stored in Frankfurt, Germany and is therefore subject to the European GDPR. If you are in another jurisdiction and require your data to be transferred outside the EU, please contact us for a data processor in your country.

  • nuponts aim is to provide a seamless straight through process with your existing IT infrastructure. Using EBICS and sFTP, your ERP and TMS systems can interact directly with our servers without any manual intervention. If you would like to set up a Single Sign-On (SSO) to authorise your users to the nupont application via SAML, please contact us to discuss the details of the link.

  • nupont generates a virtual account number for each combination of address, token and network, both for your own accounts and those of your business partners. This makes booking into your ERP or TMS system a breeze.
    For the typical limitations of the currency and amount fields nupont provides different solutions to choose from.

  • nupont provides a checksum and total in the fiat currency of your choice to reconcile imported balances on both the ERP/TMS and blockchain. This way, you can be sure that all data has been posted to your systems accordingly.

  • Yes, you can see the number of NFTs issued per ERC-721 or ERC-1155 you own and the number of individual owners in the nupont NFT Detail view.
